Chef Pavel's culinary journey began while studying hotel management, where he discovered his passion for cooking while working as a chef. His career reached a turning point when he joined celebrity chef Paul Merrett's team in London, and he later refined his skills in Edinburgh, working with Albert Roux and making it to the finals of The Best Britain's Bakery competition. Going forward Pavel continued to excel working at different restaurants and hotels, until his latest adventure at Hilton Prague. Pavel enjoys the support of a dedicated team of five very talented chefs, with the unwavering endorsement of Hilton Prague's Executive Chef, Franco Luise.
